How do I set up and customize my TX Global subscription? 

What if I don’t like it? 

You’ll like it! There is a 7-day trial option so you can test drive the service before you buy (valid credit card required), and cancel before the payment is processed. If TX Global doesn’t meet your needs, you can stop your subscription any time before the end of any month by notifying us either through the site or via email (support@swanisland.net).

Are upgrades available?

You can move up to a higher tier of service within TX Global by using the web site or by emailing us (support@swanisland.net). If you need to add more users, geospatial assets, or have other requests, please reach out and we’ll help you get what you need.

How often are alerts issued?

Alerts are issued continuously by our unique hybrid publication model, from our analyst curation process and and our machine automation alerting system. The number will vary based on the current conditions in the world and the number of feeds you have selected to subscribe to.

How do I control the number of alerts that I receive?

You can select specific feeds based on region and topic, in addition to the global priority alert feed included with every subscription. More information about Alerts here.

How many dashboards are included?

Tier 1 subscribers receive 3 global dashboards, as well as the special events bundle. Subscribers to Tiers 2 & 3 receive access to at least 10 global dashboards in addition to the special events bundle. Read more about dashboards.

Is there a way to build or customize my own dashboards and alerts?

All TX Global subscribers can choose among a selection of threat monitoring dashboards. TX Global Tier 2 and 3 subscribers can customize alerts associated with geophysical assets.
